2024 Summer Program

Summer Field Trips include: swimming at Hickey Park and two big trips per session!

While at the Club members will rotate through: gym, outside, game room, computer lab, and art! In all these stations we are running quality programing which you can ready about here: https://www.bgclubsarv.org/programs-offered

One guardian from each household will need to create an account through My Club Hub (the above link). Please use an active email as this is how will we communicate to you. You will need to save your email and password for anytime you would like to register you child for Athletics and/or Summer and After School programs.

We will no longer accept paper registration forms. We understand that not all families have access to the internet so we will have sign up stations to use during our office hours (Monday-Friday 9-2 PM) starting April 1, 2024 at the Russellville Club.

Summer Session A

7:30AM-5:30PM

June 3-June 28
One time fee of $150 per child, paid in full during registration
Free Lunch & Snack (Lunch served until 12:30)
All field trips included!

Summer Session B

7:30AM-5:30PM

July 8-Aug 2
One time fee of $150 per child, automatically charged on July 1, 2024
Free Lunch & Snack (Lunch served until 12:30)
All field trips included!

Members are welcome at both Summer Sessions A and B but will need to be registered into both Memberships!
